MicroStrategy, operating as Strategy, announced its Q2 2025 financial results, showcasing exceptional growth driven by its bitcoin holdings.

  • Operating Income reached $14.0 billion, a 7,106.4% increase year-over-year.
  • Net Income was $10.0 billion, or $32.60 per share, compared to a loss of $102.6 million in Q2 2024.
  • Strategy holds 628,791 bitcoins at a total cost of $46.07 billion, or $73,277 per bitcoin.
  • The company achieved a 25% Year-to-Date (YTD) BTC Yield and a $13.2 billion YTD BTC $ Gain.

Strategy raised over $10 billion through ATM programs and IPOs, including the launch of STRC, a short duration, high-yield credit instrument backed by its bitcoin holdings.

The company set its Fiscal Year 2025 guidance with an Operating Income of $34 billion, Net Income of $24 billion, and Diluted EPS of $80, based on a BTC price outlook of $150,000 at year-end.
